ImageResizer - Does exactly
what it says on the tin.
EZGif.Com - has a bunch
of gif making and editing tools. If you don't
have a program that can make animations, the
maker is great for putting frames together.
Pookatoo - Generates
Halloween-themed glow/glitter text.
GlowText - Same thing as Pookatoo except
more options.
FontMeme - More image editing tools,
add glow to images and etc.,
CoolText - Generate cool text effect
images, lots of font options.
